Junior Counselor Selection

NHRI also takes enormous pride in its junior counselors and its ability to develop the finest young leadership talent in Lincoln. The process for selecting junior counselors is somewhat different from the process taken to select counselors, but the same amount of thoroughness and care is taken. Junior counselors are typically selected through principal and teacher recommendation. However, in some cases, prospective junior counselors are taken through a modified selection interview.
