Teenage Project

The 12 college leaders (counselors) involved in Teenage Project are paired with 12 young leaders (junior counselors) who are in the 10th - 12th grades. Teenage Project is the fourth of NHRI's four longitudinal projects. Since the junior counselors have been in NHRI since 1st grade, the project is charged with creating a "reinvestment project." Currently, the Teenage Project counselors and junior counselors work with English Language Learner students at Hawthorne Elementary School's after-school program.
