Roper Project
The college student leaders (counselors) involved in Roper Project are paired with outstanding student leaders at Roper Elementary School (junior counselors) who range in age from 1st - 5th grades. Roper Project is similar to LDP in that the junior counselors attend Roper Elementary School and will not necessarily continue in NHRI through the 12th grade. Roper Project focuses on how children can direct developed leadership toward reinvestment at Roper Elementary School.
