Leadership Development Project

The 18 college leaders (counselors) involved in LDP are paired with 18 young leaders (junior counselors) who are in the 10th - 12th grades. LDP is unique from Teenage Project in that the junior counselors all attend Lincoln High School and have not been in NHRI since the 1st grade. LDP focuses more on how developed leadership can be directed toward reinvestment in Lincoln High School.
